My screen is flickering on my Acer Swift. Is it a hardware issue?

First, try changing the Refresh Rate in Settings > System > Display > Advanced Display. If flickering persists, boot into the BIOS (tap F2 on startup). If it flickers in the BIOS, it’s a hardware issue (LCD cable); if not, it’s a Windows driver issue.
