My Acer laptop battery is plugged in but not charging. What should I do?

Perform a Battery Reset. Turn off the laptop and unplug the AC adapter. If your model has a small pinhole on the bottom with a battery icon, insert a paperclip for 5 seconds. If not, hold the Power button for 15–30 seconds. Plug it back in and try charging again.
